Validity ~
Acceptance of orders
The order submitted by the purchaser will be binding for KH only if the entire
order process has been completed in a regular and complete manner, without the
generation of error messages and/or incorrect procedure up to the submission of the order.
KH has a right to cancel the order(s) and full refund will be direct to your Paypal in meantime no shipment will be arranged.



Conclusion of the contract ~
The prices and sales conditions may be subject to changes without further notice.
The submission of the order on the part of the purchaser is considered as a contract for the supply of merchandises,
and upon submission the purchaser consequently subscribes to the conditions in their entirety.
All orders are subject to rejection, unless they are confirmed in writing or by shipment with invoice.



Handling of orders and shipping ~
KH strives to handle all orders as rapid as possible. Shipment is made at the risk and charge
of the purchaser. To smooth the delivery,  the method of shipment and the carrier will be chosen by KH.

The purchaser can propose other shipping methods in writing to KH and our sales representative will assist
The purchaser for special arrangements the best way possible. KH shall not be responsible for
any delays in transport on the part of the shipping agent, customs procedures, or local postal service.



Merchandises ~
The features of the merchandises are indicated in the online catalogue and visible at the time of selection
and of the compilation of the order, prior to the completion of the submission process. Any photos
presented in the catalogue are purely indicative, and not binding. The merchandise may be subject to
modification without further notice.



Unavailable Merchandise(s) ~
KH does not guarantee the availability of all the merchandise in the online store. Therefore,
KH shall not be in any manner responsible for the temporary non-availability of one or more merchandises.



Non-complying orders ~
KH will not accept orders bearing general sales conditions different from
those indicated herein. Orders which are non-compliant or incomplete will not be taken into consideration.



Pricing ~
All prices listed are shown in USD.



Payments ~
KH accepts the following method of payment: Paypal,
Oversea bank wire transfer, Western union and local bank fund transaction on request.
The purchaser may contact our sales representative for further information if you do not have a Paypal account or credit card and
would like to pay by other payment method.  
KH reserves a right for the acceptance of payment method.

Return Policy ~
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.
If the merchandise(s) was shipped mistakenly or damaged, we will assist you with a prompt refund or replacement.

Please note that merchandise(s) are only refundable or
replaceable if the shipment is damaged during shipping or shipped mistakenly.
If there is any damaged by defect in workmanship will be replaced in free of charge.

However, any merchandise that has been worn, tried on,
or mistreated will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Request for refunds and replacement will only be accepted if it is made in writing to KH within 5 days of arrival.

The refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are "nonrefundable".
The purchaser must arrange, at his or her own expense,
for the return of the goods completed with all parts and entire packaging.

If the returned merchandise is found to be whole without damage, worn, or washed,
the refund will not be processed and will be returned to the purchaser at the original address.

Exhange of product(s) that should be agreed by KH, the shipment will be made within 5 days
once receiving customers' confirmation.

Once exchange item(s) everything confirmed by both of us And shipped. All sales are final.

Please note that Kain does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for the product(s) that was/were exchanged already.



Shipping Method ~
KH accepts international orders and ships order worldwide.

Regular purchases are sent via Hong Kong Registered Service.

Registered airmail
Orders to USA and Europe
Orders are estimated to arrive within 8 -14 business days.

Orders to Asia
Orders are estimated to arrive within 6 - 9 business days.

Note : Working day is not included the Holiday and Sunday.

Tracking numbers will be available to customers for both shipping methods.

If the delivery is delayed by the courier due to weather,war, riots, strikes, civil commotions and occasional customs clearance delay
there will not be a refund for any part of the order.

If the courier reports a package as being delivered but you still don’t have it in your possession you have to
contact the courier and try to resolve the issue locally.

If you cannot resolve the issue with the courier you have to email us within two days of the scheduled delivery
and we will help you resolve the issue as best as we can.

Note : The Hongkong Post has the ability to connect to the mail tracking website for PODs
for certain countries and shipping services. For destinations or shipping services not on the list,
tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong. To determine
if the country and shipping service that you are shipping to has online POD capabilities with the HongKong Post.
